JAVIER MONZÓN SÁNCHEZ

He joined the Senior Corps of National Tax Inspectors in 1999, working for the National Tax Agency.

During his past eight years at the National Tax Agency, he has worked for the Large Taxpayers Central Office, verifying multinational groups.
This has enabled him to specialise in international taxation, corporate restructuring, fiscal consolidation and corporate taxation.
He has participated in numerous international cooperation projects on taxation that were funded by the European Commission.
He has taught a Corporate Taxation course for a master’s in Public Finance since 2009, and is a regular speaker in tax forums.

He joined Borne Abogados in April 2016 to provide his services in the area of personalised fiscal consultancy on national and international corporate taxation, taxation for non-residents, corporate restructuring, representation and assistance in verification procedures, due diligence and more.
